Tony Saad
Co-Owner
Tony is a native Andersonian. Over 20 years of his career was with Orian Rugs, Inc. Most of his time at Orian was in Sales and General Management. While at Orian Tony had a 3- year stint in Dallas, TX as well as 3 years in Atlanta, GA. He has a BS degree from Clemson University in Textile Science where he was also the Tiger mascot. Tony’s unique experience with large retail customers has given him a great perspective into customer requirements. Service and reliability are his focus at IBW. His personal interests include family, movies, reading, and golf.
Masters campbell
Co-Owner
Masters is a sixth generation resident of Anderson, SC and his family history is in farming. He has a BS degree from Presbyterian College. Masters was an important part of the team at Orian Rugs, Inc. in Anderson for over 25 years. His experience in textiles includes rug weaving, yarn manufacturing, yarn sales, warehousing and distribution. The well-rounded experiences from his previous career gives Masters the practical knowledge of what many manufacturers face on a daily basis. He understands the sense of urgency in the business world of today and has a great appreciation for attention to detail with each client.
Martha Haley
Customer Service Manager
Martha is a native of Anderson, SC. She has been an important part of IBW for over 16 years. Her responsibilities include all administrative functions related to scheduling, inventory accuracy, invoicing, and customer relations. When she is not hard at work, Martha enjoys cooking, camping, gardening, and dancing. She is the proud mother of 3 children.
